Supply of Catering Personnel

All of OSC Vung Tau’s catering personnel assigned to the Service are competent, well-qualified, skilled and experienced. They are highly disciplined, united in the service performance and fully aware of practice and customs of the multicultural customers. The cooks are mainly selected from OSC group of hotels and able to prepare Asian, Western, Japanese, Korean, Muslim, vegetarian dishes… They are educated about safety measures and trained in basic first aid, basic fire prevention, fire- fighting and self-rescue, sea survival refresher and HUET and other special safety training courses conducted by our clients and certified Training Center. All personnel who are engaged in food handling are trained and accompanied with Certificate for food safety and hygiene
